		<description>Nada, if it makes you feel any better, my journal entries are, in effect, my blog. I don&#039;t have time for both, so I copy my blog entries into another file that is my journal. Then I occasionally (though not often) write entries that are too personal for the blog. It&#039;s the only way I can feel like I&#039;m devoting something to both. Kill two birds with one stone. This is probably why my blog gets so long-winded. It&#039;s partly for others, but partly for me. And I don&#039;t apologize for that. If people don&#039;t want to wade through my thoughts, they don&#039;t have to. You do what you can do, but don&#039;t bead yourself up. It never helps me!</description>
